Johns Creek, GA (5/22/19) – Kennedy Goss, a junior and three-year Varsity starter on Chattahoochee High School's Lacrosse Team, was awarded the honor of ALL STATE this week by the GACA for her accomplishments as a midfielder.
Kennedy posted some impressive stats this season with the Lady Cougars: 50 goals, 27 ground balls, 13 caused turnovers and held an 85% free position shooting percentage.
Controlling the Draw is perhaps one of Kennedy’s most notable feats, with a combination of skill and power she gained possession for her team over 100 times this season, approaching the school record with 123 draw controls.
Off the field Kennedy is equally impressive, maintaining a 4.0 GPA, she is an Honor Student and a member of the National Honors Society. As an aspiring Artist and Graphic Designer, her artwork has peaked request from Hollywood actors, NFL associations and local non-profits. In her spare time, Kennedy serves as a Teen Mentor to middle school girls and works as a Youth Lacrosse Referee.
Kennedy was recently selected by the US Lacrosse Committee to represent Georgia in the National Lacrosse Tournament this weekend in Baltimore, Maryland.
