City of Milton's new civic space nears opening date

The Milton City Council approved a final site plan for the Lakeside at Crabapple development last week, which includes a 5-acre civic space/park donated to the city. For now, the space is being called “Lake Park,” and includes a revamped dam and lake, dock, trails and plantings. The development will also include 41 townhomes and 28 single family homes.
