MILTON, Ga. — A Forsyth County man was arrested for DUI May 11 after a caller informed police he believed an intoxicated man had just driven away from a business complex.

Police responded to a call that a possibly impaired driver had just left the Crabapple Market area around 8 p.m.

Officers used the caller’s description to locate the suspect’s truck along Birmingham Highway and conducted a traffic stop.

According to the report, the man showed multiple signs of intoxication and admitted to drinking two or three beers. The man consented to a breathalyzer test and was reported to register over double the legal limit.
