JOHNS CREEK, Ga. — Police are investigating an incident in which a Johns Creek man reported painkillers were stolen from his Foxworth Chase home. 

The man said that he was in a motorcycle crash on May 10 and was prescribed pain medication for his injuries. 

He said his father filled his prescription for Oxycodone with Acetaminophen on May 11. 

The man said on May 12 several of his friends visited him at his home around 9 p.m. Later, the prescription which had been sitting on his inoperable BMW parked in the driveway was missing. 

Police were unable to contact the parents to confirm that the prescription was not moved by them.
