Juliana Cifuentes signs to Brenau University.

JOHNS CREEK, Ga. — On April 25, Juliana Cifuentes, a sophomore at Johns Creek, signed with Brenau University’s Competition Cheerleading program to accept an athletic scholarship.

The signing was held at her current cheerleading gym, Atlanta Allstars.

Present with Juliana for her college team signing were Atlanta Allstars owner and coach, Reed Jackson, as well as FlipCity South’s founders and head coaches Frank and Latifa Riley, and coach Tristyn McBeth.

In addition to her athletic scholarship, Juliana has also accepted an academic scholarship, and has plans to study fashion design. She is graduating from high school two years early thanks in part to Georgia’s Move On When Ready Dual Enrollment program.

She has been a competitive cheerleader since the age of 4 and was a USA Gymnastics Georgia State Champion in all three power tumbling events in 2013, while training with FlipCity South of Stockbridge.

In addition, Juliana is an actress and model represented by East Coast Talent, and has appeared in films and television shows, such as “Homicide Hunter” and Melissa McCarthy’s “The Boss.”
