FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — Police arrested a 20-year-old woman March 3 after she was found asleep at the wheel on the corner of Peachtree Parkway and Mathis Airport Parkway.

Officers approached the woman’s car after they saw that it did not move through a full traffic light cycle at the intersection. After police woke the woman up, she said she had come from Buckhead after drinking several alcoholic beverages.

The name on the woman’s driver’s license did not match the name she gave officers.She was arrested without incident for DUI under the age of 21, possession of alcohol under the age 21 and giving a false name.
