CUMMING, Ga. — Residential theft was reported May 30 at a home located on Climbing Rose Way. The male victim, the builder and owner of the property, informed the deputy that a real estate agent had walked through the unoccupied property the previous day and had noticed nothing out of place.

The owner reported that the two Lennox air conditioning units were missing from the side of the home. Each unit was valued at $2,000.

There were no other reports of burglary in the area, and the suspects remain at large.
