MILTON, Ga. — Milton residents turned out to walk, trot, bike, trike, stroll and roll at the annual Independence Day Walking Parade June 29.

Organized by the city and the Crabapple Community Association, the annual event brings together the community as families parade through Crabapple Station and Crabapple Crossing neighborhoods.

The parade was led by a Milton Fire Department engine with a Milton Police cruiser backing up the procession. After the parade, there were family games, face-painting, animals and snacks at the Broadwell Pavilion.

Students from Bach 2 Rock musical school provided live entertainment before and after the parade.
