Embark on a journey through your pregnancy with Melissa Anderson of Oya Yoga.
This course is 6 weeks long and includes a course study guide. During the course we will have guest instructors who specialize in various areas of being pregnant and becoming pregnant. We will work through postures that embrace your pregnancy along with guided meditations, pelvic floor, lower back issues, swelling feet, and overall wellness throughout your pregnancy, and through post partum.
