ALPHARETTA, Ga. — Police arrested a man May 3 after he was found carrying meth in a car with illegal window tint. 

Police were patrolling on Mansell Road near Ga. 400 when they spotted a car with illegally tinted windows. Officers pulled the driver over.

A K-9 alerted officers during the stop that there were drugs in the car. Officers found a bag of meth and drug equipment on the passenger side floorboard. 

The man, identified as 39-year-old Joseph Smith of Alpharetta, was arrested for possession of  meth, possession and use of drug-related objects and window tint.
