JOHNS CREEK, Ga. – The Johns Creek Rotary Club, along with Emory Johns Creek Hospital and Emory Winship Cancer Institute, rolled out the runway Oct. 8 at the Atlanta Athletic Club for the annual Southern Charms High Tea and fashion show (the car show was a rainout) to raise money for charity.
With the flashy cars taking the black flag because of rain that day it was left to the flashy models to provide the entertainment. Tootsie’s, the Lenox Square full-line women’s boutique, provided the fashions and the lovely models dressed to kill.
But it fell on the Rotary Clubs of all North Fulton to provide the proper display of the men’s fashions.
Not only were they good sports about it, but they were buff enough to do a good job.
Of course the afternoon high tea was all about raising money for the 22 local, state and international charities and institutions Southern Charms benefits.
