JOHNS CREEK, Ga. – Doug Dixon has resigned after six years as head football coach at Mount Pisgah Christian School, and will be replaced by Mike Forester, the Patriots’ defensive coordinator this past season.

The Patriots made the state playoffs for the first time in 2012, just missing an upset in the opening round after going 6-4 during the regular season.

Prior to coming to Mount Pisgah, Forester coached 19 years at Briarwood Christian in Birmingham.
