Gun pulled in argument over parking spot

FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — A woman told deputies she had a gun pulled on her recently after she confronted a man for parking in front of her garage at her apartment complex off Venue Way.

The 29-year-old woman said the parking spot had been an ongoing issue and she had confronted several people in the past.

When she confronted the man to move his car, he reportedly told her he will do whatever he wants. She started to yell at him.

He began to yell back and pushed her onto the ground. She said she tried to kick him but two unknown females with him pulled him away telling him to stop. She looked up and saw a pistol in her face and said she was calling the police.

She said the front office of the apartment complex might have video of the incident.

She didn’t report the event until a few days after because she was drunk, didn’t remember a lot of details and didn’t want to get in trouble for being drunk in public.
