Attend first class of the 6wk session; we hope you like it, and sign up for the 6wk session, cost $35. if not then trial attendance is free.

Tai Chi is a slow moving gentle exercise originating from ancient Chinese martial art. It can be practiced by almost everyone and recommended by Consumer Reports and the CDC to be safe and effective in improving balance, strength, arthritis, and falls prevention.

The class has a 5 min mid class break, and students may sit for part of the class. Any clothing in which you can comfortably exercise in is suitable.

Bruce Watson instructor for 8 years is certified to teach by Beijing gold medal winner Dr Paul Lam. He also teaches Yoga, PiYo, Senior Tone & Balance.
