Christine Cory Vaughn and
Jonathan Allen Proctor were married on Saturday, June 30, 2011 at the Country Club of Roswell, Georgia. Reverend Steven Wood of Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church officiated at the 5:00 p.m. outdoor ceremony. Music was provided by Three4him trio with the bride’s aunt, Marlene Zientara, as the soloist. Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the ballroom of the country club.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Randall Vaughn of Alpharetta, Georgia. Christine is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology in International Affairs and Spanish, and a graduate of the University of Mississippi Law school. She currently holds the position of corporate attorney for Unbounded Solution, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Steven Proctor of Thomasville, NC. Jonathan is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute in International Studies and Political Science and a graduate of the University of Mississippi Law school. He is employed as an Attorney with Robert J. Semrad & Associates, L.L.C. in Atlanta.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents. Kristin Barr of Dacula, Ga. attended as co-maid of honor along with Melinda Cheren of Los Angeles, Ca. Bridesmaids attending were Jennifer Crass, Kristin Howell, Laura Janet, Kristen Kerns, and Kathleen Sammarco.
The best man was Timothy Johnson of Richmond, Va. Groomsmen were Benjamin Melton, Andrew Morgan, Christopher Proctor, Matthew Reynolds, Daniel Vaughn, and Douglas Vaughn. Ushers were Ian Dunlap and Gregory Scanlon. Ring bearers for the ceremony were AJ Valerio and Luke Valerio, cousins of the bride. Greeting the wedding guests was Miss Delphine Zientara.
After a honeymoon in Panama, the couple will reside in Alpharetta, Georgia.
