FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — Three businesses in Forsyth County were cited for selling alcohol to minors on May 2 when Forsyth County Sheriff’s deputies with the ordinance and permits unit conducted another underage compliance check.
A total of 13 businesses were checked in relation to the sale of alcohol to minors. Ten businesses did not sell to minors and three businesses did. Those cited were for selling alcohol to persons under the age of 21, and an employee serving alcohol without an alcohol sales permit.
The following businesses were cited during this most recent check:
• CVS No. 4682, 4895 Post Road (underage sale/no permit)
• Ducktown BP, 4636 Canton Highway (underage sale/no permit)
• Fajitas, 3952 Canton Highway (underage sale/no permit)
