The Lambert High School equestrian team wins back-to-back shows

FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — The Lambert High School equestrian team was awarded the grand champion trophy for two shows during the weekend of Oct. 26 – 27.

On Oct. 26, the team hosted their third annual Ride for Will (in honor of Principal Gary Davison’s infant son who passed away from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome in 2007) and took home first place out of six teams.

The following day, Lambert once again took home the trophy at a show hosted by Rivendell Barn in Gainesville.

The Lambert equestrian team is overseen by Mary Nicoletti and currently has 20 riders. Their next show is scheduled for Nov. 16.
