CUMMING, Ga. ā€” The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners is holding a public hearing for proposed changes to the Unified Development Code at 5 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 3.

The hearing will present proposed changes about the elimination of undisturbed buffers when there is a religious institution next to a residential use or residentially zoned property and to receive public comment concerning these draft modifications.

The hearing will be in the commissionersā€™ meeting room on the second floor at the Forsyth County Administration Building, 110 East Main Street, Suite 220.
