Southern Prospect boys win Slugfest



MILTON, Ga. – Two Milton residents on the 8U championship Southern Prospect kid-pitch travel baseball team, Henry Bobe (son of Glenn and Tabora Bobe) and Will Phipps (son of Jason and Melissa Phipps), clinched championship trophies in the Triple Crown Forsyth County Slugfest. The Southern Prospect 8U team is made of players from Forsyth, Cherokee and Fulton counties. Southern Prospect beat Sharon Springs 11-3 in the championship game.
