CUMMING, Ga. — The Marching War Eagle Band from South Forsyth High School will hold its annual March-A-Thon on Saturday, Aug. 16 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The band will perform at Starbucks in the Brannon’s Crossing Shopping Center on Peachtree Parkway at 10:30 a.m., followed by performances at Cici’s Pizza on Ronald Reagan Parkway at 11:15 a.m., at Norman’s Landing at 12:05 p.m. and then at the center roundabout at the Collection at Forsyth at 1 p.m.
The band will end up back at South Forsyth High School, 585 Peachtree Parkway, at 1:45 p.m. where it will perform again in the school parking lot.
The March-A-Thon is one of the primary fundraising events for the marching band.
Band booster volunteers will be on-hand to accept donations during the march.
