Shots fired at Alpharetta home

ALPHARETTA, Ga. – Alpharetta Police responded the night of May 20 to a report of shots fired on Lowe Lane.

Police met with a resident who said he heard two gunshots while in bed and four more shots a few moments later. According to the report, the resident believed that the shots came from a handgun.

Ten projectiles were recovered at the scene and they were determined to be bullet casings, according to the report.

Residents reported that five men ran into the woods after the firing of shots but they were not found, according to the report.
