Shiloh Crossing in Alpharetta sold



ALPHARETTA, Ga. — Lavista Associates announced the sale of Shiloh Crossing in Alpharetta July 23. The two-building, shallow-bay complex is located in the Meadows business park.

Shiloh Crossing, 71,640 square feet, was sold to Passive Income Fund (PIF), a private Australian real estate investment trust investing in U.S. commercial properties.

Will Grogan and Charlie Fiveash represented the owner and developer, Childress Klein Properties, in the transaction.
