FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. – Residents can put their boogie shoes on at the “You Can’t Stop the Heat” Summer Dance and Chili Cook-Off.

The event is hosted by Forsyth County Senior Services for adults ages 40 and up. The dance and chili cook-off will be held at the Sexton Hall Enrichment Center, 2115 Chloe Road in Cumming from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 21.

This will mark the third event of the bimonthly dance series hosted by Senior Services.

The dance will feature live music by the Sounds of Sawnee jazz band. The cost is $10 in advance and $15 at the door. In addition to the chili cook-off, light refreshments are included in the admission price. Entry to the dance is free for those registering and entering the cook-off.
