Scouts achieve Eagle Rank

Troop 1099 from Forsyth County graduates three



CUMMING, Ga.–– Three scouts from Troop 1099, Lanier United Methodist Church of Cumming, successfully passed their Eagle Scout Board of Review July 25.

Eric Danielsson, Zac Benton and David King all passed their Board of Review with flying colors.

Danielsson built a sensory garden for special needs students at South Forsyth Middle School. Benton built a storage shed and two story overlook for viewing the football field to benefit the football program at Riverwatch Middle School.

King built wood storage shelves for the Drama Department at Lambert High School.

Scout Master, David Johnson, and Matt Brown, Life to Eagle Counselor of Troop 1099 were also on hand to congratulate the boys.
