ATLANTA — The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association awarded Peachland Homes with a Gold Professionalism Award (OBIE) at the 32nd Annual Awards Ceremony held Nov. 3 at the Cobb Galleria.

Peachland Homes was awarded for “Best Product Design – Single Family Builder – Detached – All Builders from $650,000 to $799,999.” Ty White, President of Peachland Homes said, “The OBIE Awards provides our team at Peachland Homes with the opportunity to measure ourselves among our colleagues and it is a credit to our company for the vision and hard work that makes this overwhelming recognition possible.”

This particular custom built home located in the Chastain Park area, known for its renowned alliances with the cultural arts, was designed in-house by the Peachland Homes team for a specific buyer. The home best exemplifies a blend of traditional design mixed with elegant and refined architectural elements. The home “lives” very comfortably touting traditional living spaces situated in the front of the home and showcasing well-proportioned rooms while the back portion of the home is very open and vast with generous living spaces that is perfect for entertaining while gently leading you outwards to accentuate the ample and beautifully landscaped outdoor living area.

The homes are judged by a panel of experienced industry professionals in the field of housing design, construction, and marketing. The OBIE Awards are sponsored by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association.
