Mutts & More Festival June 14: A day of family fun

Join the fun at the 4th annual Mutts & More Festival on Saturday, June 14, at Rucker Horse & Pet, 3540 Keith Bridge Road, Cumming 30041. The festival offers something for everyone – pet competitions and demonstrations, pet adoptions, low-cost dog vaccinations and micro-chipping, children’s activities including moon bounces, face painting, sand art, vendors, food, live music, and more. Pets welcome!

Don’t miss the Rucker Pet canine show, K-9 dogs, and dog agility demonstrations. Register your dog at 12:00 pm for the cutest and ugliest dog competitions! Four animal rescue groups will be on hand with dogs and cats for onsite adoptions.

About the Humane Society of Forsyth County No-Kill Shelter

The Humane Society of Forsyth County No-Kill Shelteris a non-profit organization which rescues abandoned dogs, puppies, cats and kittens, and places them in permanent homes through adoption. HSFC receives no funds from Forsyth County, the State of Georgia, the Humane Society of the U.S., or any other organization. Operations are funded entirely through private donations and fundraising events.

The Shelter (located at 4440 Keith Bridge Road, Cumming, GA 30041) is open to the public 7 days a week from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. Off-site adoptions are held on weekends at area Petco, PetSmart and Rucker locations – check the online calendar for dates and times. All HSFC animals are spayed or neutered, micro chipped, and current on vaccinations and veterinary care prior to being made available for adoption.
