Mustangs win Triple Crown



ALPHARETTA, Ga. – The Georgia Mustangs 16U-Reformado emerged from a field of 24 teams spanning seven states across the Southeast as runner-up in the Triple Crown College Showcase Tournament at Midway Park in Cumming the weekend of June 27-30.

The coaching trio of Ed Reformado, Brooke Faile and Terry McLain managed the Mustangs to three consecutive victories in the elimination round over the mixed field of 16U and 18U age groups en route to the championship game.

The team plans to compete in the Georgia ASA “A” State Tournament in Woodstock July 11-13.
