JOHNS CREEK - An event that began four years ago, the North Atlanta Christmas Festival (NACF), was created to bring an unparalleled Christmas experience to members of the North Atlanta community. The event has already become a traditional “can’t miss” event for many and it’s easy to see why.
A full-scale musical tribute to this most celebrated season, the NACF incorporates Broadway-style music and theater to bring the best Christmas songs together with a dramatic presentation of the birth of Jesus.
The 2009 NACF involves more than 400 people, including the renowned 150-voice Mount Pisgah Worship Choir, a magnificent 40-piece orchestra and a special appearance by the Georgia Tech Drum Corps. Set to a brand new musical score and eye-popping special effects, the 2009 NACF is truly a holiday treat for the entire family and people of all ages.
The festival will take place Dec. 11, 12, and 13 with show times at 7 p.m. each day and a 3 p.m. matinee on Saturday. Tickets range between $5 and $10 depending on seating. To get the best seats, order early. Tickets for this year’s event can be ordered by visiting www.NACFonline.com.
The NACF takes place at the Mount Pisgah United Methodist Church North Campus location at 2850 Old Alabama Road in Johns Creek. For information about the North Atlanta Christmas Festival visit the NACF Web site at www.NACFonline.com.
