MILTON, Ga. – A South Vineyard Way home was rifled April 18, however only a $6,000 wedding ring was reported missing.
The victim said her 17-year-old daughter came home from school about 4 p.m. and noticed the doors to the home front and back were ajar. In the family room, wires from the TV and stereo were unplugged. The teenager called her mother and 911.
Police investigated and found several of the rooms were rummaged through, with televisions, computers and cupboards moved around. However, only a $6,000 wedding ring was missing. It is described as gold with a square diamond and a row of diamonds on a slant on both sides.
