Manning second-grader first in Reflections – again

ALPHARETTA, Ga. – For the second year in a row, Alexander Kramer, a second-grade student at Manning Oaks Elementary, has won first place at the state level Reflections contest.

Kramer competed in the special artist/photography category with a photograph of toy cars in mid-flight. This year’s Reflections theme was “The Magic of a Moment.”

Kramer accepted his award at a Woodruff Arts Center ceremony March 24. His photograph, along with other students’ winning artwork from different categories, was on display the day of the ceremony.
