CUMMING, Ga. — A man pulled a gun on another man April 20 because he thought he was being spoken poorly of, according to a Forsyth County Sheriff’s incident report.
The victim told deputies he arrived at the suspect’s house on Wilkenson Drive with his girlfriend.
The suspect, Matthew Wilson, 23, of Wilkenson Drive, walked from inside the house and entered the victim’s truck. This is where the victim told deputies that Wilson allegedly pulled the gun on him and accused him of talking badly about Wilson.
Wilson continued to threaten the victim before putting the gun back in his back pocket and walking away.
The victim and his girlfriend left the house and drove to a nearby gas station where they called the police to report the incident.
Deputies said the victim described the gun the suspect pulled on him. The deputies were eventually able to find the gun that matched the victim’s description in Wilson’s closet. Wilson was arrested for aggravated assault.
