CUMMING, Ga. — Two men got into an argument while waiting in line to buy ammunition, according to a Forsyth County Sheriff’s incident report.

On April 9, a customer of Academy Sports, 302 Peachtree Parkway, told deputies another man had cut in front of him.

He asked the suspect to go to the back of the line, but the suspect told him to get out of his way. He then flashed a badge from inside his coat and told the man he would arrest him.

The man waiting in line asked the man with the badge which department he worked, and the man simply ignored the question.

The two continued to argue until the man walked outside of the store.
