Man arrested in Roswell for 12 warrants



ROSWELL, Ga. – Benjamin Curtis Beatty, 46, of Woodstock, was arrested March 9 for having 12 outstanding warrants for his arrest.

Police were called to Ceviche on Canton Street at 11 p.m. after receiving calls of suspicious activity in the area. They saw Beatty arguing with someone in a car and launched an investigation.

A search of his background revealed a dozen warrants out of Talladega, Ala. The car he said he drove to Roswell was listed as stolen.

Beatty was charged with possession of a stolen car and possession of marijuana in addition to the warrants.
