Letter to the Editor: Bodker’s address misses mark

A few years ago, it was electric bikes to attract retired residents. Now, it is a city center to attract young people. How about focusing on the people that live in Johns Creek today rather than try to attract someone that might move to JC in the future?

You really believe young professionals will move to JC versus Buckhead, Midtown or Virginia Highlands? Really?

Focus on what makes this a great place to raise a family today instead of trying to make it something else.

That focus will attract the business tax base by filling the empty storefronts existing today. Don’t gamble the taxes of today’s residents on the potential resident of tomorrow.
