Laurel Springs Golf Club in Forsyth County holds charity rubber ducky derby

FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. —Dick’s Creek on the grounds of Laurel Springs Golf Club was the site of a spirited Rubbery Ducky Derby on Easter Sunday.

Yellow ducks raced down the creek on behalf of donors to the club’s annual Charity Classic. This year’s Derby raised over $1,500.

The Charity Classic benefits the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s “Augie’s Quest,” the ClubCorp Employee Partner Care Foundation and a third charity selected annually.

ClubCorp, LSGC’s parent company, promotes the Charity Classic at its clubs nationwide. Last year, they raised more than $2 million in support of benefitting organizations.
