King’s Ridge has inaugural hot air balloon glow and festival

ALPHARETTA, Ga. – King’s Ridge Christian School (KRCS) is “Moving to Higher Ground.”

Thursday, May 23, KRCS will host its first community hot air balloon glow, and everyone is invited to join in the old-fashioned fun. The event will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with tethering for guests till dusk. The hot air balloons will glow thereafter.

Everyone should bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket to enjoy the festivities, which includes ice cream from Paradice Delights, hot dogs from Snap Franks and Coney’s, cotton candy from Cotton Cravings, games and face painting.

There will also be drawings for free Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre tickets compliments of Alpharetta Convention and Visitors Bureau (ACVB), Partners in Education.
