CUMMING, Ga. — A man has been told to stop jogging with his dog at a middle school, according to a Forsyth County Sheriff’s incident report.
On Aug. 6, the assistant principal of Liberty Middle School, 7265 Wallace Tatum Road, told deputies a man was jogging without a shirt with a large dog on the property.
He said the school has asked the man several times to stop jogging on the track and sent him a certified criminal trespass letter.
The assistant principal said the man wrote a lengthy response and said he would disregard the letter.
Deputies went to the man’s home and he claimed he had never seen a certified letter or written a response.
The jogger said he did not want to be arrested and asked for another certified letter to be sent to his address.
