JOHNS CREEK, Ga. — Several items of jewelry were taken Nov. 13 from an East Smoketree Terrace home during an estate sale.

The victim said the sale lasted from noon – 5 p.m. At 7:30 p.m., after the sale ended, she put her purse and a small silver jewelry box on a kitchen counter and walked away. While she was away, a woman helping with the sale let in several groups of people into the home, even though the sale had ended. When the guests left, the box and the jewelry inside were missing. Taken were a 2.5-carat diamond ring, a platinum men’s diamond ring, platinum wedding ring and platinum blue diamond.
