JOHNS CREEK, Ga. – The Chattahoochee High School varsity volleyball coaches will be hosting a spring skills/techniques volleyball camp for girls and boys in fourth through eighth grades on four days during two weeks in April.
The spring clinics will be in the CHS gym from 4:30 to 7 p.m. April 14, 16, 21 and 23. Each session is $25 and includes a T-shirt for campers signing up for all four sessions.
This is an opportunity to learn not only from the Chattahoochee coaches, but also from the 2013 6A state runner-up and region champion players.
Then campers can continue building on their skills with more drills and scrimmages later at ’Hooch volleyball’s spring camp. Due to summer renovations planned at Chattahoochee, volleyball’s traditional summer camp has been moved to a late spring date.
CHS head coach Jennie Blevins and assistant varsity coach Blair Boyle will head up the spring volleyball camp at CHS with the help of varsity players.
The spring camp, also for girls and boys fourth through eighth grades, will be April 29 through May 2 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. and will conclude with a full day on May 3 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The cost is $150 and includes a T-shirt. Campers signing up for both the clinic (four sessions) and the camp will receive a discounted price of $125 for the camp.
