JOHNS CREEK, Ga. - Owners of Sandy Springs Gun Club and Range have decided to expand their venture into the Johns Creek and Norcross market.
Being open for a little over a year and seeing a high demand for their services, the Sandy Springs Gun Club and Range wanted to provide the same services to those novice and occasional shooters in the Johns Creek and Norcross area.
Club founders and sisters Cara Workman and Robyn Marzullo say they saw the same needs in this area as they had originally seen in Sandy Springs, which was to provide a facility where hobbyists, hunters and those interested in self-protection could take up the sport of shooting and learn proper gun-handling in a safe and welcoming environment, as well as create an intimidation-free space for women.
Previously home to American Classic Marksman, the group will be spending more than $700,000 transforming the 7,000 square-foot facility. According to Project Manager, Cara Workman, the renovated facility will include changes to both the interior and exterior, consisting of a new facade, modernized retail area, new range equipment and a new ventilation and filtration system. The range will be broken down into two ranges totaling twelve lanes. They will continue to provide the same exceptional quality those have been accustomed to over at their current club and range.
When asked about their newest project, Robyn Marzullo responded by saying “My sister and I are extremely excited about launching the new range in Norcross. We look forward to bringing the new facility to the community and sharing all of the wonderful things Norcross Gun Club and Range will have to offer”.
Norcross Gun Club and Range is currently open to the public and offers individual, family and corporate memberships. They will also be honoring the existing memberships held by American Classic members.
Norcross Gun Club and Range is located at 5305 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Norcross. For more information, call 770-449-6200 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
