CUMMING, Ga. — The Forsyth County Fire Department seeks the assistance of citizens in helping to make this holiday season special for children in need.
For the 11th year, the department will hold their toy collection.
“The very generous support of the community has allowed the Aerial’s House toy collection to help brighten the holiday season for many local children over the years,” said Danny Bowman, fire chief. “Collecting the gifts is truly something the fire department personnel look forward to every year. It is our honor to serve this community and we are humbled to be able to give back to the community in this small way.”
New unwrapped toys for any age as well as new tagged clothing for children ages 6 to 14 may be dropped off now at Forsyth County fire stations, the FC Fire Department Headquarters located at 3520 Settingdown Road or any of the county’s four library branches.
Beginning in December, toys and clothing for Aerial’s House may also be dropped off under the Christmas tree in the lobby of the Forsyth County Administration Building, 110 East Main Street in Cumming.
