Forsyth County woman’s ring stolen from work

CUMMING, Ga. — A woman’s ring was stolen when she took it off to prepare food, according to a Forsyth County Sheriff’s incident report.

At 8 p.m. April 5, a woman preparing dough at Alessio’s Restaurant, 3775 Windermere Parkway, took her ring off and placed it on a ledge.

The victim said she finished preparing the dough and went to wash her hands. When she returned, the ring was gone from the ledge.

The victim said she searched the kitchen for the ring, but wasn’t able to find it.

The ring is valued at $650.
