FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — An April 17 hearing – the first case involving the open meetings law and the video recording of a government meeting – has been postponed.
The case involved Nydia Tisdale, who was told to halt video recording a city of Cumming meeting on April 17, 2012. The case was scheduled to appear in Superior Court one year later.
However, on April 8, Senior Judge Robert W. Adamson suffered a minor heart attack. Adamson is doing well, according to his secretary, but the hearing April 17 was canceled and will be rescheduled.
