Forsyth County man warns his home rigged with explosives

CUMMING, Ga. — A woman said her neighbor rigged his house with explosives because he was scared, according to a Forsyth County Sheriff’s incident report.

On Aug. 6, deputies were dispatched to the 3000 block of Settingdown Road in north Forsyth because of a possible bomb threat.

The renter of the home told deputies her neighbor said he had rigged his front door with gasoline to explode if anyone tried to get inside the home.

The neighbor told the woman that he rigged it with explosives because his brother made some people upset.

Another witness said the neighbor’s brother awoke to a slashed tire Aug. 5.
