Former Atlanta Braves Jeff Francoeur shares triumph stories with students

CUMMING, Ga. — Jeff Francoeur, formerly of the Atlanta Braves and who now plays for the Kansas City Royals, spoke to students at South Forsyth High School during the Fellowship of Christian Athletes meeting on Dec. 14.

Francoeur told students about becoming a Christian during his sophomore year of high school because of his involvement with FCA.

Students said they enjoyed hearing about his baseball career highs and lows as well as his personal triumphs because of his faith.

He even offered some great tips of how to make other students at school feel more accepted.
