CUMMING, Ga. — A free community exam prep workshop will be presented by Huntington Learning Center of Cumming, located at 5485 Bethelview Road.

The prep workshop will take place at Huntington Learning Center in Cumming at noon on Jan. 10.

The workshop is designed to guide local students and their parents through the college entrance exam process.

Brad Hendrickson of Paradox College Funding will also be featured.

Paradox College Funding exists to help families simplify the process of funding college, while reducing their out-of-pocket cost for their child’s education. It is their mission to dispel the myths about the affordability – or true cost – of a college education.

As the annual costs of college escalate and the HOPE scholarship program is facing budgetary concerns, parents need an advisor to whom they can turn for solutions to their college funding woes. Paradox College Funding specializes in helping to make college more affordable for families, without jeopardizing their retirement or compromising their present standard of living.

The event is open to the public. Huntington Learning Center encourages attendance of all college-bound high school students and their parents to understand more about the upcoming opportunities and challenges they may face in preparing for this high stakes exam.
