FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — For the third year, a trade show event presented by the 400 North Board of Realtors is bringing together vendors and Realtors as well as conducting seminars and classes.
The free event is open to the public and takes place April 25 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Forsyth Conference Center, 3410 Ronald Reagan Boulevard in Cumming.
Luis Rocaford, the chairman of the 400 North Board of Realtors, said 42 booths will be set up showcasing all the things a person needs for a home from getting an attorney to pest control.
“I want everybody to go, because everybody can benefit,” Rocaford said. “We also have food vendors, who will be serving food for free.”
In addition, Chris Reis, former New Orleans Saints safety and his father, author Mike Reis, will hold a 9:30 a.m. motivational talk entitled, “Empowering others to overcome the challenges they face.”
The show will have sessions on the “best mobile apps” for real estate agents and will end with Michael Townsend, of Charles Schwab, who will talk at 1 p.m. about public policy and legislative regulatory concerns.
There will be cash giveaways, drawings, and networking opportunities.
“We have a bunch of things we will be giving away, too,” Rocaford said. “This is going to be the biggest one we’ve ever done.
