Driver flees, litters beer bottles around Forsyth

CUMMING, Ga. — A driver sped past deputies littering beer bottles and ran away when he got to his home, according to a Forsyth County Sheriff’s incident report.

On May 5, deputies followed the driver of a 1999 Ford Ranchero on McCoy Circle for failing to maintain lane.

The deputy said the driver slowed to pull over by Karr Road, but took off and threw a beer bottle out of his window before the deputy could exit his car.

The driver sped, failed to stop at a red light and crossed into the opposite lane almost losing control of the vehicle.

The driver turned into his neighborhood off Valley Circle and ran from deputies on foot when he got to his house.

Deputies found a cooler inside his car with an empty Corona bottle.

Warrants are sought for fleeing and attempting to elude, littering, open container, failure to obey traffic control device and failure to stop at a stop sign.
