CUMMING, Ga. — Deputies tracked a woman’s missing cellphone to an area in Dawsonville, according to a Forsyth County Sheriff’s incident report.
At 7 p.m. April 25, a woman told deputies she realized her cellphone was missing after she checked out of Belk in Lakeland Plaza in Cumming.
When deputies arrived, the woman said she had been tracking the phone, which was around Dick’s Sporting Goods off Market Place Boulevard.
Deputies said they tracked the phone on their devices to the vicinity off Castleberry Bridge Road in Dawsonville. Deputies said it appeared to not leave this location, but the battery in the woman’s phone may have died.
