FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — Lambert High School announced it has hired Louis Daniel as head football coach.
Daniel brings more than 14 years of coaching experience, including nine years of assistant coaching at Sequoyah High School (2000-2009) where he was part of a staff that compiled a 62-28 record.
He more recently has served as the offense coordinator at Lambert High School (2009-2013) where he was part of a staff that compiled at 36-17 record.
“Coach Maxwell built a great staff and got this program off to a phenomenal start,” said Daniel. “Keeping the coaching staff intact will help us to carry on the tradition of winning here at Lambert.”
Daniel inherits a five-year-old program coming off a 6-5 season in AAAAAA where the Longhorns were the Georgia Region 6 runner-ups.
